To cancel or modify a confirmed service without charge, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. Cancellations or modifications made within 48 hours of the confirmed service time will incur a $100 cancellation fee to compensate for the lost time.
In the rare event that our technicians need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will not be charged, and we will offer you a discounted rate for the rescheduled service.
At CLEANING WITH CLARY, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please notify us as soon as possible. We are committed to rectifying any issues by scheduling a revisit at no extra charge, provided the concern is reported within 24 hours after service completion. Please note, we do not offer refunds for services already rendered.
We follow up with our one-time and occasional customers within 48 hours of the scheduled service to confirm your appointment and discuss the services you require.
Our technicians are equipped with company-approved, eco-friendly cleaning tools and supplies to ensure efficient and professional service. We value transparency and are available 24/7 to answer any questions.
Please allow a 15-minute arrival window for our technicians, as unpredictable traffic, construction, or inclement weather may affect our timing.
Providing Access: Please ensure we can access the area to be cleaned; otherwise, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged. For contactless entry or use of a contractor key box, provide details during booking confirmation.
Space Requirements: The area must be free of bio-hazards and personal items. Our technicians cannot dispose of items not belonging to CLEANING WITH CLARY and cannot clean areas blocked by such items.
Utilities: Active utilities are required for our service. This includes working electricity and running water.
Plumbing and Floor Conditions: Ensure that plumbing fixtures are unclogged and floors are clear of major obstructions and damage. Our technicians are not responsible for repairing existing floor damage.
Invoices are issued at the end of each service and are due within 14 days. We accept payments through cash, credit/debit cards, or ACH transfers via our secure online payment system.
Failure to settle payment within 24 hours will result in the invoice being forwarded to a collections agency.

Our technicians adhere to strict safety protocols, including room ventilation, frequent hand washing, and the use of masks and gloves. For their safety, technicians cannot engage in tasks that pose a risk, such as climbing unstable ladders or handling hazardous materials.
Technicians reserve the right to leave if the environment is deemed unsafe or if they feel threatened, in which case the standard cancellation fee will apply.

For quality assurance, we take before and after photos or videos. We cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage but will address any new damage caused by our staff in accordance with our insurance policy.
